We went on a two-day trip to Khao Sok and Cheow Lan. Valeria is an excellent guide, incredibly patient! She's friendly, sociable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the culture and everything in between. You could talk to her for hours. The tour itself was the best of the entire trip. It's definitely worth taking two days: we leisurely visited all the spots, swam in the lake, went to the jungle, temples, and elephants—it was the ultimate experience. I can't describe how emotional it was, but the tour was incredibly informative, calm, fun, and simply unforgettable. And those views! The hotel was also great, very atmospheric!

I was on this amazing tour for the first time. The views are breathtaking, absolutely fantastic. We swam and canoed a lot in the lake. Our guide, Sergei, was very engaging and a pleasure to listen to. He told us a lot about how the lake was created and other facts. We stayed in standard capsules on the lake. The cabins were generally nice, but there were no bathrooms, something to keep in mind. There were shared cabins, which were so-so, but fine for a one-night stay. Another thing to keep in mind is that when you walk along the path to your cabins, it's quite bumpy, but again, you can live with that. On the way to the lake, we visited temples and elephants. Ultimately, I highly recommend taking this tour.

A two-day trip to Khao Sok National Park with an overnight in a capsule bungalow right on Cheow Lan Lake — a place free of city noise, with the quiet of the jungle and a starry sky. The programme includes a cave temple, an elephant village, a lake safari with wildlife and swimming in emerald water.
Itinerary:
Day 106:50 — hotel pick-up.
08:05 — viewpoint on Sarasin Bridge.
09:20 — Monkey Cave and Suwan Khuha temple with stalactites and bats.
10:30 — elephant village: one activity of your choice (elephant spa or riding, baby-elephant show).
12:50 — Cheow Lan Lake pier, departure by longtail, photo stop at the Guilin-style cliffs.
13:40 — lunch at a floating restaurant, bungalow check-in.
14:30 — free time: swimming and canoeing.
17:50 — evening lake safari (monkeys, wild cats, boar, birds).
19:50 — dinner, free time.
21:50 — night in a capsule bungalow on pontoons.
Day 2
07:00 — breakfast, check-out.
08:00 — morning lake safari.
09:00 — longtail boat to the pier.
10:15 — viewpoint overlooking the lake.
11:00 — Bang Tong temple (Wat Mahathat Wachiramongkon).
13:30 — return to the hotel.
