Cancellation:Cancellations less than 7 days before departure – 100% of the cost will be retained.

Due to Illness
All Programs
Cancellation:Full refund upon presentation of a certificate from a Phuket hospital no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the excursion.
Exceptions: Cheow Lan Lake 2-day trip - no refund is possible, even with a hospital certificate.
Two-day programs - 50% refund.
