LEGAL INFORMATION
and User Agreement
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
All materials published within the services of NEW WAVE TRVL CO., LTD. (hereinafter — the Company) are protected by copyright and contain other intellectual property objects, including, but not limited to: texts, photographs, audio and video materials, graphic images.
Exclusive rights to the selection, arrangement, systematization, and transformation of data, as well as to the source materials, belong to NEW WAVE TRVL CO., LTD., registration number 0835566026241.
Full or partial copying, distribution, transfer to third parties, publication, or any other use of materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited. This Agreement does not provide for the transfer of exclusive rights or the granting of an exclusive license to the User. Use of materials for commercial purposes is permitted only with the Company's written consent.
2. USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between NEW WAVE TRVL CO., LTD. (hereinafter — the Company) and a natural person (hereinafter — the User) when using the Company's services. The Agreement is a public offer.
By using the Company's services, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree with this Legal Information and the Agreement.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User undertakes to:
– use the Company's services in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
– not take actions aimed at disrupting the functionality of the services;
– not post or distribute materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User is prohibited from:
– engaging in extremist activities;
– disseminating calls for violence, discrimination, or other unlawful actions;
– posting content containing threats, defamation, or other illegal materials;
– performing other actions prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the User's country of residence.
The Company is not responsible for the use of services by persons under 18 years of age.
4. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company has the right to:
– change the composition and functionality of the services;
– make changes to the Agreement without prior notice;
– restrict or terminate access to the services in case of violation of the Agreement's terms.
The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication. The Company is not responsible for harm, losses, or loss of information arising from the use of the services, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. LIABILITY
The User assumes the risks associated with the use of information provided by the Company. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the services and is not responsible for temporary technical failures. The Company's liability is limited to the extent established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment of its acceptance by the User. Disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Company is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information posted on third-party resources to which links may lead in the Company's materials.
An integral part of this Agreement is the Offer Agreement for the provision of tourist services.
